Points Policy

FEVERCHAT · Effective date: August 18, 2026 · Adult content 18+

Article 1 (Purpose and Definitions)

This Policy sets out the rules for the operation of the prepaid digital assets used in the Service (“Points”). Matters not provided for in this Policy are governed by the Terms of Service and the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Article 2 (Purchase and Granting)

Paid Points may be purchased through the payment methods provided by the Company, and the quantity and price of each package are displayed on the payment screen. Free Points are granted under the conditions determined by the Company, and the grounds and quantity are as notified within the Service.

Article 3 (Validity Period)

The validity periods of Points are as follows.

The above periods are defaults, and Points with a different validity period may be granted depending on the conditions of an event or promotion. In such cases, the validity period displayed at the time of granting prevails.

Points whose validity period has expired lapse and are not restored. The validity periods in this Article apply to Points purchased or granted on or after the effective date of this Policy and do not apply retroactively to Points granted before that date.

The five-year validity period for paid Points is set to match the extinctive prescription period under the Commercial Act. If a User requests a refund within that period, the Company may refund the remaining paid Points in accordance with the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Article 4 (Use and Order of Deduction)

Points are deducted when paid functions within the Service, such as unlocking content, are used, in the following order.

Article 5 (Restrictions on Transfer and Redemption)

Points may be used only in the member's own account and may not be transferred, lent or sold to a third party, or moved to or merged with another account. Points are not redeemable for cash, and refunds are made only within the scope set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Article 6 (Recovery and Lapse)

The Company may recover or cancel all or part of a User's Points in the following cases, giving notice of the reason before or after doing so.

Article 7 (Prevention of Abuse)

Repeatedly requesting refunds directly from a payment provider or app market after using part of the Points is treated as refund abuse and as a violation of the Terms of Service. The Company may recover the Points in the account concerned, restrict further top-ups and impose restrictions on use.

Discount rates may differ by package, and partial refunds are restricted for a package of which any part has been used.

Article 8 (Checking the Balance and Validity Period)

A User may check the balance of Points held, the breakdown between Paid and Free Points, and the validity period of each, on the Points screen within the Service.

Article 9 (Amendment of this Policy)

This Policy may be amended in response to changes in applicable laws or the Company's service policies. In the event of an amendment, notice is given through announcements within the Service from 7 days before the effective date (30 days before, where the change is unfavorable to Users).
